Meal Tracking - Thursday
Breakfast:
- None
I didn’t get up early enough and wasn’t really hungry.
Lunch:
- Left-over Riblets from Applebees. Maybe five sections. Not sure how much they weighed though
- One bottle of Grape Powerade (32 oz)
Again I don’t feel stuffed. I feel satisfied at the moment probably because of the sugar in the BBQ sauce. And it was flavorful
Dinner:
- Fried Fish
- Peas
- 3 Grands Biscuits
- 2 large glasses of Kool-Aid
I finally was able to cook dinner again. I really do enjoy cooking, but with being one and a half hours away from home every day it is sometimes hard to have dinner ready at a reasonable hour. I ate too much fish. I snacked on the smaller pieces after I cooked them all and was waiting on the biscuits.
No snack or midnight thirsts
