		<description>Nice!  Setting goals has been a major contributor to our getting completely out of debt, thanks to Dave Ramsey.  However one thing I have noticed about online calculators is that they do not include taxes insurance, and flood insurance.  According to calculators we should be paying 750-800 per month but it is about 1100 with those things.   I learned that  a good rule of thumb is add about $300 or more to that number!

I notice that when I don&#039;t set goals, whether they are personal or if they are business related, I get a little lazy.  Having my goals keeps me on mission.  I should post them somewhere so I can be reminded, fridge, desktop, wall.  In a place that I will see them, keep me focused.  I might do that tonite!   Thanks Will
